ADTAV’s(Australian Driver Trainers Association Victoria Inc) general meeting for 2015. Master driving school directors and instructors all in attendance making sure we always stay on top and ahead in the driver trainer industry. Guest speakers in attendance: the Minister of roads and road safety the Honorable Luke Donnellan MP discussing the importance of driver training, senior policy officer from Vicroads Eve Mitsopoulos-Rubens discussing the new program (Practical Safe Driving Program) planned to be implemented by Vicroads to encourage professional driver training and its benefits to learners and parents, Jodi Gubana TAC marketing manager going through the “towards zero” campaign and how professional driver training helps to that cause, assistant commissioner Doug Fryer who spoke about road trauma and on how important driver training is for learners, and finally Bri Williams an expert in human behavior discussing how to break bad habits on road.

I absolutely recommend Selim (Sam) as a driving instructor. In a short time with him I have gone from someone that had severe anxiety about driving, and a lot of difficulty focusing and remaining calm to now having passed my test (first try!)Selim is a patient, understanding, terrific teacher who taught me everything I need to know to not only pass my test, but also feel confident driving on my own.I will genuinely miss my lessons as I found myself looking forward to them each week, which is a drastic difference from the dread I used to feel thinking about driving.Thank you so much Selim, bless you!!!!!

WARNING: ‼️ do not go to this driving school as they do not care about their customers and gaslight them. Instructor Sam needs a lesson on customer service.

Worst service. Instructor Sam is highly unprofessional and the school takes no accountability for their bad service. I hope they can learn to speak to customers. Will be learning from a better and more respectable driving school.

horrible service- Sam was my instructor and he never showed up. Was not apologetic and shouted at me over the phone. Please save your time and money and find another place.

“I had an amazing experience with my instructor, Muneer! His guidance was invaluable, and every tip he gave me was spot on. He took me through the exact route that ended up being on my test, which made me feel completely prepared. Thanks to his excellent teaching, I passed on my first try! I had a great experience with Shane at the Mitcham testing centre. He was a great driving instructor; very patient, knowledgeable and experienced. He helped me pass my test first try. I would 100% recommend.

Shane was really friendly, patient, encouraging and guided my son with instructions on how to improve and he passed his test first time. I had Shane as an instructor and he worked with me for 3 months and helped me learn how to drive safely and pass my test. He was very patient, insightful, helpful and pleasant to converse with! I’d highly recommend this learning centre, affordable, flexible and helpful teachers!

After a cancellation from another company, Rose from MDC helped out on relatively late notice. Was an amazing help in what was essentially a crash course with our first 90 minutes together prior to the test. Would recommend Rose to anyone!

I would like to extend my uttermost gratitude to Shane for such an amazing job well done with me. He is awesome personified.He is very patient and flexible he could fit in my busy schedule at an earliest convenience , he managed explained to me in a way a 3year old would understand.He gave me the confidence that i never had before and I went and took my test and passed once.I highly recommend Shane as an excellent instructor..

Richard was the best manual teacher! I have been learning manual driving with 3 other instructors and he is by far the best and most supportive instructor I've had. He's patient and explains everything very well. Thanks so much Richard, you've given me heaps of confidence to pass my test!

I just got off the phone with George who was extremely rude, he kept pushing me to book a 60min lesson when I only wanted 45mins, and told me 'I don't care what you think' when I explained that I was already a fairly confident driver and was just looking to enhance my skills before my Probationary drive test. He also repeatedly cut me off, he did not listen to what I was trying to say and overall maintained an attitude that he 'knew what was best for me', disregarding my own preferences. There's no way I'm spending money on a driving lesson with someone as rude as George.

I had Shane as my driving instructor. He was great and very clear with instructions and information that I needed to know.
